As a teacher, I believe that the student comes first, no matter what outside the circumstance is affecting me on any given day. I feel it is my duty to make sure each student recognizes that he or she has a unique quality that adds to our classroom while making the learning environment enjoyable and challenging hrough the right balance of discipline, fairness, and good-natured fun.
