The Instructional Fee is non-refundable and is due in full upon Registration.
The Instructional Fee covers text books, supplemental curricular and instructional materials, Religion books and programs, safety programs and materials, student supplies and resources, Technology fees and registration expenses.
Tuition covers Faculty and Staff salaries and all other operating costs.
All Tuition and Instructional Fees at St. Gabriel are cost-based. This means that parents are responsible for all costs to educate their child(ren). Although there are no fundraising requirements, nor volunteer requirements, we strongly encourage participation in the St. Gabriel School family by participating in the multitude of parent involvement opportunities. Arrangements for your preference of tuition payments throughout the school year are made upon acceptance of your child(ren) as a student(s) in the school, through the Parish Business Manager.
Financial assistance is available to families who are parishioners of St. Gabriel, who first complete the necessary application, and demonstrate a need for assistance.
Checks for Instructional Fees and Kindergarten Fees should be made out to St. Gabriel School, and returned directly to Maggie Shero, in the St. Gabriel School Office, 9935 Johnnycake Ridge Road, Concord Twp., Ohio 44060.

Jon Peterson Scholarship
St. Gabriel School is proud to offer the Jon C Peterson to families who have children who have Individualized Education Plans and qualify for this funding from the Ohio Department of Education. PSI is our administrator for this funding. More information can be found here or please call the school. This funding is only applicable to services not for tuition.
