Admissions Process & Policy

We consider it an honor and privilege that you have chosen St. Gabriel School for your child’s faith formation and education. We strive to provide the best possible Catholic faith formation and academic education for your child(ren). Our admissions and enrollment policies are based on our capacity and capabilities to serve the needs of all of the children entrusted to our care. The steps below are for St. Gabriel School, JK-8,  here is the  Learning Loft Preschool Admissions Process.

Junior Kindergarten/Kindergarten and Transfer Student Enrollment Instructions

Due to an exceptionally strong response, applications for Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten currently far exceed our available openings.  We recommend filling out this form that does not have an application fee. 
ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR NEW FAMILIES

​Application to Enroll at St. Gabriel School, Grades 1-8  for  2026-27
  •  For transfer students wanting 2025-26 application, please call 440-354-7858.

​​Principal will review applications to determine our capacity and capability to serve  student needs.  Interviews may be conducted. 

Once application is approved,  families will receive an email to complete the following steps:
  • ​Enrollment Packet + Registration Fees
  • FACTS Payment Plan for Tuition

Timeline for Enrollment:
Fall-March:                  Applications Accepted
Mid-January:              Approve Tuition for New Year
Mid-Late January:  Current Student Re-Enrollment & New Siblings
February:                       In House Enrollment (Learning Loft, Parishioners)
Late Feb-March:        Open Enrollment

All employees and volunteers who have contact with students undergo thorough screening, including background checks through the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation & Identification (BCI&I).
