Sunshine CommitteeThe goal of the St. Gabriel PTU Sunshine Committee is to bring a little ray of sunshine, and perhaps a smile(!), to members of our school community that are not feeling very “sunny”. We also like to celebrate happy occasions too! We do this by sending home a card, small gift, or an act of service. Some examples are (but not limited to):
• Student injury / surgery • Death of a loved one • Death of an immediate family member • Family is in crisis • Prayers needed • Birth of a sibling • Staff: weddings / new babies Currently, we are notified by the front office of anyone in need of services. If parents or students notify the office of an issue occurring within the family, we are then notified and items are delivered (through the school) within a week. Our biggest concern is that someone is missed! Maybe the family does not notify the office, but they share information with you. WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! If you hear of anyone in need of our services, please contact the front office or feel free to directly e-mail us. Natalie Parke: narena32@yahoo.com Jennifer Puffer: jbp7304@icloud.com Thank you!!
