Service Programs & Outreach

Living Our Faith Through ServiceBe Christ, Every Day, Everywhere
At St. Gabriel School, we believe that every child is gifted by God with unique talents and a heart capable of great love. We teach our students that using these gifts in service to others is not only a responsibility, but a joy—and a powerful way to make the world a better place.
Guided by our parish and school mission to "Be Christ, Every Day, Everywhere," students are encouraged to serve one another in our school and parish family, as well as in the wider community. Service is woven throughout our curriculum, liturgical life, and student programs to help build compassion, leadership, and empathy.
Service Opportunities by GradeOur students participate in age-appropriate service experiences throughout the year, including:
  • Grades JrK–8: Annual Thanksgiving Food Bank Collection
  • Grades JrK–8: Christmas Adopt-a-Family Project to support those in need
  • Catholic Schools Week Service Day
  • Grades 1 & 8 and K & 7: Buddy Initiatives that build connection and community
  • Grade 2: Rosary Sale benefiting the St. Gabriel Food Pantry
  • All Grades & Families: Annual St. Gabriel Community Day of Service
  • Grades 6–8: Service Hour initiative
Through these experiences, our students develop a lifelong love of serving others—joyfully bringing Christ's presence to the people and places that need Him most.
