Kindergarten
Welcome to Kindergarten at St. Gabriel School, where a warm and inviting atmosphere awaits your child! Our program is designed to be both nurturing and academically enriching, allowing young minds to flourish in a supportive environment.
Our Full-Day Kindergarten runs five days a week, providing a rich and immersive educational experience. Each day, dedicated classroom teachers engage students with daily instruction that is complemented by a diverse array of subjects taught by our talented Related Arts Team. Your child will explore their creativity in Art, delve into the wonders of STEM, and enjoy the rhythms of Music and Music Therapy. Physical Education ensures that they stay active and healthy, while our Grizzly Explorer program encourages outdoor science exploration. Additionally, language skills blossom as students learn Spanish, enhancing their communication abilities. Spiritual growth is also an important aspect of our program. Children participate in the Children's Liturgy of the Word and join the school community for Wednesday Masses during the Spring and on Holy Days, fostering a sense of belonging and faith. To ensure each child receives personalized attention, our Kindergarten classes are supported by full-time teacher aides. This structure helps maintain favorable student-to-teacher ratios, allowing for a safer and more focused learning environment. At St. Gabriel, our curriculum is deeply aligned with our mission of Being CHRIST ~ Every Day ~ Everywhere. We aim to nurture each child's understanding of their unique gifts and divine purpose, guiding them as they embark on their educational journey. We are excited to welcome your child into our caring and faith-filled community, where every day is a new opportunity for learning and growth! |
